How do I pair the spotlight and sensor to the Novolink LS app? After the batteries are inserted, please open the Novolink LS APP. Click the plus sign on the upper right and then Bluetooth Devices. Finally click on search, both the spotlight and sensor will appear there. To finalize click on Add Devices.

The Novolink LS app is not finding the spotlight or sensor, why? Please follow these instructions to complete a reset. Press and hold the power button on the sensor for 10 seconds. Once the red-light flashes rapidly release. Now do a reset on the spotlight. Remove the rear housing, unclip the cover, and replace it 3 times. After the 3rd clipping, the light will flash rapidly for 10 seconds. Replace the rear housing and now the spotlight is ready to be added to your Novolink LS App. To finalize everything please click on the plush sign (upper right) and then click on Bluetooth Devices. Click on Search, both spotlight and Sensor should appear there. Click on Add Device to finalize everything.

Can the motion sensing feature be turned off? No, the motion sensing is a feature that cannot be turned off.

Do I need to download the app to work the spot light and sensor? No, you can use the motion sensor and spot light without the app.

How do I connect the spot light and sensor via Bluetooth? (Video Needed)

I inserted the batteries on the spot light and sensor and they don’t turn on. We recommend checking to make sure the batteries are inserted correctly. More than likely the batteries are not inserted correctly or the batteries need to be replaced,

Do I need to buy the wireless controller to work the spot light and sensor? No, you do not need to buy the wireless controller. It is optional to have all 3.

What is the Warranty? 2 Years of Manufacture Warranty.

How high do I mount the sensor? Choose a suitable location 4 to 6 ft. above the ground, where you’d like the sensor to detect motion and activate the light.

Where do I mount the sensor? The Motion Sensor can be mounted onto a wall, or staked to the ground (cradle, stake, and pole sold sererately).

What kind of batteries does the sensor take? Insert (3) AA batteries.

What kind of batteries does the spot light take? Insert (4) D batteries into the compartment. Match the polarity markings (+) (−).

How far can I install the spot light from the sensor? When motion is detected by the Motion Sensor, it activates the Spotlight which can be placed up to 50 ft. away.

Are batteries included inside the box? No, batteries are not included.

Is the spot light and sensor water-proof? Both the spot light and sensor are weather-resistant

My box is missing parts, can you provide me with the missing parts? Of course, please contact us and provide us with the sales receipt.

Did not work. Could not get unit to connect to Wi-Fi? The spotlight with sensor kit does not connect to WI-FI but rather Bluetooth. After installing the batteries on both spotlight and sensor the Novolink LS app must be downloaded to search and connect the devices. What phones are compatible with the spotlight and sensor kit? Most Android and iOS smartphones. Android version 9.0 or higher. For Apple IOS Version 11.0 or higher.

My sensor has a red light and is blinking rapidly? The red light will flash rapidly to let you know it is ready for pairing.

Why is my spot light flashing? The spotlight will flash to let you know it has completed a reset.

How do I do a reset on the spot light? Turn the back of the Spotlight counter-clockwise (about a 1/4 turn) and open, to reveal the battery compartment. Press and squeeze the top and bottom tabs of the compartment 3 times. On the third time the light will flash.

How do I reset the sensor? Press and hold the button for 10 Seconds.

How do I pair the spotlight and sensor to the Novolink LS app? After the batteries are inserted, please open the Novolink LS APP. Click the plus sign on the upper right and then “Bluetooth Devices”. Click on search, both the spotlight and sensor will appear there. To finalize click “Add Devices”.
