NOTE: IF YOU’VE PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN THE LAST 90 DAYS, WE RECOMMEND RETURNING TO THE STORE AND EXCHANGING FOR A NEW UNIT.

You will be required to provide a proof-of-purchase (ie. receipt, invoice), and may be able to provide a photo or video of the product to expedite review and processing.
